WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
The East 40 facility is WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY 3PM-MIDNIGHT, SATURDAY 10AM-1AM, SUNDAY 10AM-MIDNIGHT.
Flea market vendors and food partners make and maintain their own hours within our open hours.
HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR?
We are looking for Vendors - new and used items, antiques, art, etc! Check details on our The SELL page or email info@theeast40.com to connect with someone directly.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO GET IN?
On Sundays, there is an entry fee at the gate to get into The East 40 facility. $2 per person over 48"tall.
Entry fees may change during special events.
CAN I PARK MY RV OVERNIGHT?
Day parking only, while space permits. No overnight parking permitted of any kind.
HOW MANY VENDORS ARE THERE?
We have 100 vendor booths! Plus additional food and concession booths.
DOES THE EAST 40 SELL MIXED DRINKS?
No - we sell beer and beer alternatives, wine, sodas, and margaritas.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE EAST 40?
Because our Vendors operate out of The East 40 as their business, we allow vendors to bring their pets. They must be on a leash and be managed and picked-up after. We ask that visitors kindly leave their pets at home.
DOES THE EAST 40 RECYCLE?
NO. Sadly recycling doesn't come out this far on 304. Would you like to partner with us to take our cans or cardboard, please email info@theeast40.com.
DOES THE EAST 40 OFFER MIXED DRINK SET-UPS?
Wednesday - Friday we sell set-ups for $15 each. Customers can bring in a bottle 750 mL or less. Each set-up includes one cup, a bucket of ice and your drink of choice.
IS YOUR FACILITY AVAILABLE FOR FUNDRAISERS?
The East 40 is very proud to be part of the Bastrop community and will entertain partnering with organizations for fundraisers. Send your ideas and inquiries to info@theeast40.com.
