Do you have something interesting to sell?  Are you an artist looking for a work/gallery kind of space?  Do you want to unload your collection of antique garden tools?  We have just the space! The East 40 is offering monthly Flea / Market rentals in our covered Flea space. 

BOOTH INFO

12ft x 15ft booth rentals start at $500/month

The East 40 has 97 permanent flea market booths ranging in sizes from 12' x 15' to 31' x 15'. Each booth is located in our spacious, covered market space: The FLEA (formerly Hills Prairie Livestock Auction barn).

IN A NUTSHELL...

12 Month Leases:

Outgrowing your garage or workshop space? Looking for a fancy new spot to sell from? Look right here:

MONTHLY FLEA: Flea Market booth rentals (12 month leases) range from $500-1200+ a month depending on size and location.

 

Vendors operate any time The East 40 is open: Wednesday-Friday from 3PM-Midnight, Saturday from 10AM to 1AM. Sunday from 10AM to Midnight. 

​

PERKS INCLUDE:

  • Lockable roll-up doors (vendor-provides lock)

  • Electricity + Wifi

  • Well-maintained restrooms

  • Well-lit parking

  • Marketing support from The East 40
  • Weekly foot traffic from live shows, cornhole and pool tournaments, etc.

Alquileres di 12 mesas: 

¿Estás superando el espacio de tu garaje o taller? ¿Está buscando un espacio nuevo y elegante para vender?

PULGAS MENSUALES: Los alquileres de puestos en el mercado de pulgas (alquileres de 12 meses) oscilan entre $ 500 y $ 1200 o más por mes, según el tamaño y la ubicación. Los vendedores operan en cualquier momento que The East 40 esté abierto: miércoles a viernes de 3:00 p. m. a medianoche, sábados de 10:00 a. m. a 1:00 a. m. Domingo de 10 a 24 hs.
